Warranty Coverage

All BREDA watches come with a two year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects of the watch movement. BREDA watches are not water resistant and should not be exposed to water or damp conditions. If your watch stops working or has any issues within the warranty period, we will service it at no charge through our service center.

How to send in your watch

  1. Fill out the repair form on this page and click submit.
  2. Within 48 hours, we will respond with an email including a repair form and instructions on how to send your watch to us. Print the form in your email and include it with your package.
  3. Pack your watch securely in an empty box and ship it using your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. The shipping costs to and from our service center are your responsibility, but we handle all the repairs and parts at no additional cost to you.
  4. Ship your repairs to:

It usually takes two weeks to repair and return your watch. Once we receive your watch and repair it, we will send you an email with an invoice for your return shipping costs. You can pay it directly online via credit card. As soon as the invoice is paid, you will receive tracking for your shipment back.
