Meet BREDA muse and super stylish Dallas local, Taylor Nicole Pierce.
B: How would you best describe your personal style?
T: Spastic..? Kidding, it changes everyday. But at the moment I would say retro streetwear.
B: Where did you grow up and how do you think your upbringing has influenced your personal style?
T: I grew up in Argyle/Flower Mound Texas. I would say growing up in a small town influenced my mindset towards style rather than my actual dress. People would always make remarks or poke fun when I would show up to school wearing something “different.” It taught me to dress for myself.
B: I know you have experience in different areas of fashion, what made you want to move over to the blogosphere?
T: I studied fashion design in LA (before dropping out) and previously had a wardrobe styling and image consulting company. We dissolved it and I jumped into interior decorating, and blogging seemed like a great outlet for me to get my fashion fix.
B: 5 minutes to get ready, what do you throw on? (lets pretend it actually feels like fall)
T: Mid-rise skinnies in faded black, classic white tee, either my leather moto or structured trench, and right now I bounce between my sneaks and my pointed-toe kitten heels.
B: Less is more or more is more?
T: Depends on my mood
B: Favorite new item in your wardrobe?
T: Probably my velvet leopard suit
B: NY or LA?
B: Favorite vacation spot?
T: Nederland, CO
B: Go to drink?
T: Rose or extra dirty martini
B: Favorite local Dallas spot?
T: Honestly tough because I am always behind on the spots but went to Up On Knox recently and loved it.
B: What would we find on your current playlist?
T: I’m Just Snacking - Gus Dapperton
Is This How You Feel - The Preatures
Belong To You - Sabrina Claudio
Wearing Nothing - Dagny
